What to do if an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and which statutory rights still apply.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact contact@lambconsulting.bio within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, the product name, and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will confirm the problem and arrange a replacement or refund. For verified damage or defects, we cover the cost of returning the item.
Temperature-sensitive and opened research materials
Research reagents, plasmids, live cells, and peptides cannot be returned once opened or once the cold chain has been broken, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the handling requirements.
Change of mind
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right that applies in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory withdrawal right, that right applies even where this policy says otherwise.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to damage, a defect, or an incorrect item. Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory statutory remedy.
