Independent consultants who would like to bid on and co‑deliver consulting projects together with us are warmly invited to introduce themselves. Lamb Consulting and Lambda Biolab will occasionally directly recruit scientists, operators, and community‑minded builders to help run projects or the lab when the budget allows for it. When there are no open roles listed, applications are still welcome from people who can clearly describe how they would strengthen our consulting practice or lab operations and are willing to proactively work together to find funding solutions for your role.

Lambda Biolab is a fully authorised BSL‑1 community lab in Basel with affordable benches, shared equipment, and co‑working space for founders, students, and independent researchers. Beyond the physical lab, Lamb Consulting also provides business and scientific consulting, bioinformatics support, and access to high‑performance computing through Lambda Compute.​​ We are happy to leverage our expertise and resources for new partnering opportunities.

Some examples of possible arrangements include:

• Reserved benches and program slots for accelerators, incubators, and universities that need Basel lab and co‑working capacity for their cohorts.​​

• Joint delivery of R&D projects where Lamb Consulting helps a partner handle experimental design, data analysis, and client relationships.​​

• Business development support for companies, including business plans, market research, fundraising strategy, and dealmaking.​

• Non‑wet‑lab services, like bioinformatics, sequence analysis, and compute‑heavy workflows run on a dedicated high power local workstation, helping save money by avoiding use of remote compute resources.​​

Partnerships can include capital‑backed arrangements, where investors or strategic partners provide funding in exchange for structured profit‑sharing or revenue-sharing. If you are running an accelerator program and want to offer lab space, we can provide an capital-effective solution with low management fees.

Lamb Consulting is especially interested in:

• VC funds seeking lab‑incubator capacity in Basel, with options for dedicated benches, portfolio‑only days, and co‑branded founder programs.​

• Corporate venture and BD units wanting a nimble lab partner to prototype concepts, support spin‑outs, or run technical sprints

• Joint‑venture partners who want to expand the Lambda Biolab model to additional sites or higher biosafety levels, sharing both infrastructure and upside
